High mobility required (Italy/Abroad), flexible working hours, and willingness to work weekends during travel assignments.Language skills: Fluency in Italian and operational knowledge of English (at least B1 level) to effectively handle on-site activities in international settings.Strong team-working attitude, resilience in fast-paced work environments, and a problem-solving mindset.

What You Will DoIntegrated into the on-site operations team, you will be responsible for the physical assembly of structures and the handling of materials before, during, and after events:Assembly and Setup: Manual assembly, installation, and subsequent dismantling of temporary structures at event venues.Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and positioning technical equipment, crates/casing, and materials both in the warehouse and at race locations.
xysqume On-Site Inspection: Practical checks on the stability and safety of assembled structures, as well as checking incoming and outgoing materials.
