Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting the deployment of new releases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of Azure-based data services.Salary and job classificationBase salary: €25K - €40KCCNL: CommercioLadder: SRE IResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Provide first-level support on reporting delivery platforms based on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure; Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility; Monitoring: Perform system performance checks and proactively address issues; Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation on common issues and solutions; Collaborate with architects, software developers, and project stakeholders to ensure that the installation of new product releases and the introduction of new features occur smoothly and securely.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer Science; Previous experience as an Application Maintenance (+2 years); On-call availability; Learning Ability: Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills; Communication:
