Your seat to fill: * Lead the development and sourcing of fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and other material components for apparel collections, ensuring alignment with product vision, functionality, quality, and cost objectives * Partner closely with Design and Product Development to identify and develop materials that support product concepts, performance requirements, and overall product strategy * Manage seasonal material libraries and PLM documentation, ensuring accurate specifications, material approvals, and readiness in line with product creation milestones * Ensure all fabrics, trims, and material components meet required performance, quality, testing, compliance, and regulatory standards * Build and maintain strategic relationships with mills, fabric and trim suppliers, and innovation partners, including negotiation of costs, lead times, MOQs, and development commitments * Evaluate su
