Your responsibilities include: * Supporting in the organizational part before the event. * Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas. * Overseeing every moment of the event. * Ensuring the satisfaction of our guests is always at the top. * Taking care of post-event guaranteeing that our guests are leaving with a smile. * Issuing the bill and making sure the payment enters correctly. Requirements * A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and events. * Previous and proven experience in the role.
* Opera PMS Knowledge for efficient operations. * Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse. * A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. * Versatility in handling various work scenarios. * Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
