AVASO Technology in Florence, Italy is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer for a tempo parziale contract. You will provide on-site and remote desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and install and maintain desktops and peripherals.

The role requires 4+ years in desktop support, experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux, and strong AD and ITIL knowledge. Strong communication in English and Italian is essential.
