SAN CLEMENTE PALACE VENICE is seeking staff for the 2027 season to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The role involves documenting morning requirements, delivering ingredients, and keeping the prep area aligned with the Head Chef’s standards.

You will train new kitchen staff, monitor sanitation, and ensure all food products are not expired while helping line cooks follow specifications and swiftly address guest concerns.
