Your responsibilities
- Supporting all stations in preparing starters, mains and desserts
- Mise-en-place: cutting, portioning and plating cleanly and precisely
- Quality awareness for freshness, taste and attractive presentation
- Hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP standards
What you bring
- Completed training as a chef
- Eagerness to learn, team spirit and reliability
- Calm and structure even when things get busy
- Good German skills are a plus
