Retailing Marketing Intern
Hi!
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Retailing Marketing Intern to join our Global Retailing team at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Retailing Development team, supporting the operational management and continuous improvement of Lavazza retail channels, including Flagship Stores, Franchising locations and strategic retail development projects. The role will provide exposure to business performance monitoring, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination aimed at enhancing the overall retail experience.
Your Day-to-day Activities
- Supporting retail performance analysis and monitoring key business KPIs
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of operational projects across Flagship and Franchise stores
- Supporting sales forecasting, reporting activities and business reviews
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and process optimization
- Contributing to the implementation of new retail initiatives, store openings and continuous improvement projects
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, business reports and operational documentation
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re available for a 6-month tempo pieno internship. Starting date: November 2026
- You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
- You have a degree in Economics, Marketing Management or related fields
- You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
- You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
