You will act as a Brand Ambassador in our Serravalle store , working 24 hours per week on a tempo parziale contract during the holiday season. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our on-brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.
Your Mission:
- Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.
- To know and achieve your, and the store's daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques, for example cross selling, to drive your sales and KPI's.
- Ensure that all Stella clients receive a unique and luxury in-store experience, satisfaction in line with company values and the "Style it like Stella" selling method.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and manage their needs, exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.
- Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
- Proactively manage and develop CRM activities alongside your personal client portfolio.
- Achieve a score of at least 90% in any mystery shop report in which you are the primary Client Style Advisor.
- Understand all policies, procedures and compliance.
- To ensure that all relevant procedures and policies are understood. To carry out work according to those standards.
- Presentation must be in line with company's uniform and grooming standards.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining a proactive attitude,
actively participating and cooperating with the team, and showing pride in your work.
- Understand and align with PCI compliance policy and regulations, consistently.
- Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- To replenish stock and maintain high standards of VM in store, aligned with company guidelines.
- Support the store with cycle counts and during the annual inventories.
- Support with the processing of shipments and transfers, in line with the relevant procedures.
- Additional ad hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Client Style Advisor role.
Your Talent:
- Excellent communication skills. English is a requirement, other languages are helpful (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, French, Arabic)
- Sales Experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or outlet retail.
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
- Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively
- Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal
- Strong Clienteling skills and experience
Salary Range: € 25.000 Gross Annual Salary.
