Awash with nautical spirit, our gem on the Italian Riviera celebrates the art of Ligurian living in its purest form. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our DaV Mare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She will reports a Executive Chef. Main duties & responsibilities: * Assisting the Chef de Partie Pastry in the daily operations of the pastry section; * Preparing and producing a variety of desserts, cakes, pastries, ice creams, and other sweet items according to recipes and hotel standards; * Ensuring precise measurements, correct techniques,



and consistent quality in all preparations; * Maintaining a high level of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry kitchen; * Monitoring and managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients; * Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen brigade; * Learning and mastering new techniques and recipes as required; * Ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently to meet the expectations of our luxury clientele Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is a charming guesthouse in the heart of the Portofino.
