- Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment
What You'll Do
- Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
- Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
- Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
- Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills.
- Experience or a strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
What We're Looking For Salary & Total Cash Compensation
Option 1: With Company Accommodation
- Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
- Company-provided accommodation included.
Option 2: Without Company Accommodation
- Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month
The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
