EF Language Abroad is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own CRM and customer lifecycle communications. You will design and optimize automated journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other owned channels, partnering with Marketing and Sales to drive personalized experiences through the customer lifecycle.

You will be responsible for audience segmentation, copy optimization, and end-to-end campaign execution with a data-driven mindset to improve performance and GDPR compliance.
