To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list
Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner
Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation
Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics
Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards
Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers
1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field
~ Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar
~ Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing
~ Knowledge of product category: English written and verbal skills
~ Computer literate
Up to 37 days of holiday (including ROL and festivita’ abolite), depending on the length of service, starting with 33 days
