We hire competitive individuals and natural problem solvers with a record of ranking at something hard, whether competitive programming, games, or mathematics, who treat an unfamiliar problem as a challenge rather than an obstacle. We can teach markets; we cannot teach drive. We build our own stack end to end, from connectivity and pricing through execution, monitoring, and research data.

THE ROLE

We are looking for developers and traders interested in building systems for on‑chain markets. You will work on strategies and infrastructure interacting directly with decentralized protocols, where execution, timing, and market structure are critical.

What You'll Own

- developing trading systems interacting with DeFi protocols




- designing and implementing on‑chain execution strategies
- researching opportunities across different chains and protocols
- building tools and infrastructure for on‑chain trading
- optimizing execution, latency, and capital efficiency
- monitoring and improving live trading performance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- strong programming skills (Rust, Python, Go, or similar)
- understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts
- strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- experience working in Linux environments
- interest in DeFi markets and trading systems

Nice to have
- experience interacting with smart contracts or Web3 tooling
- familiarity with on‑chain trading, MEV, or protocol design
