In this role you drive growth for Unilever Food Solutions across central Italy by expanding the customer base and deepening partnerships. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric experiences for chefs and food-service operators. You’ll shape local sales tactics, analyze secondary data, and lead impactful commercial projects. This opportunity offers a high-visibility path to influence go-to-market strategies in a global, values-driven company.

- Expand the customer portfolio and deepen existing relationships to grow reach and grab value
- Achieve key commercial KPIs and ensure flawless execution of sales and demo activities
- Implement customer engagement strategies aligned with local objectives




- Use secondary data to identify high-impact opportunities
- Collaborate with the Chef team to design tailored customer activities
- Lead or contribute to ad-hoc commercial projects defined by the Sales Leader
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Chefs, Chains, and Sales teams to enable channel activation
- Bachelor in Economics, xjncmbx Mathematics, or Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a commercial role
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in ambiguity
- Agile, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English
