We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage key client relationships from capacity planning and project delivery through to ongoing account management.

Based in Ferrera Erbognone, Italy , you will act as a trusted partner to key customers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support future business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage ongoing relationships

- Understand customer capacity, site selection, and future expansion requirements

- Lead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and commercial discussions

- Develop business cases, management presentations, and approval papers





- Manage project delivery against agreed milestones and ready-for-service dates

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements

- Manage escalations, reporting, and performance reviews

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

- 5+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client management, or a similar customer-facing role

- Experience within data centres, xjncmbx infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project-driven environments is advantageous

- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Fluent English required; Italian and/or French language skills would be beneficial
