Responsibilities And Qualifications For Internal Candidates
Field Quality Support is responsible for acting as the link between customers, sales, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams when quality issues arise in the field. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and driving the resolution of customer-reported problems related to product performance, reliability, or nonconformity.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer quality complaints and field failure reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional investigations to determine root causes.
- Track containment, corrective, and preventive actions until closure.
- Communicate progress and findings to internal teams and customers when needed.
- Monitor recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and fed back into product and process quality systems.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree ongoing or just finished (preferred in Management Engineering, Economics or similar field)
- Good written and spoken English skills are essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, active listening, and adaptability are important to manage discussions, align different functions, and support issue resolution in a professional way.
Key objective
The main goal is to protect customer satisfaction by ensuring fast, effective, and traceable resolution of quality problems occurring in the field.
