Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst – Retail & Point of Sales in one of our opportunities in the Retail & Digital Transformation industry in Italy? Responsibilities * Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and Point of Sales (POS) solutions. * Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications for technical teams. * Identify gaps in existing Retail/POS functionalities and contribute to defining improvement solutions. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout development, testing and implementation phases. * Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure that requirements are correctly implemented. * Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements. * Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment. * Prepare documentation and support training activities for end users and support teams. Qualifications * Degree in Business, Information Systems,
Computer Science or equivalent experience. * At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects. * Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement. * Fluent English and Italian are required, as you will work in an international environment. * Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams. Nice to have * Previous experience with Retail/POS solutions, configuration guidelines or business transformation projects would be a plus.
