Functieomschrijving On behalf of a global enterprise client, Randstad Italia is looking for a dynamic and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role acts as a primary operational anchor for top management, driving administrative excellence, optimizing executive workflows, and facilitating cross-cultural business communication in a fast-moving corporate setting. * Location: Rome (Italy) * Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 40,000 * Contract: Temporary assignment via Randstad (Outsourcing formula) Responsabilità Core Responsibilities * Executive Agenda & Travel: Oversee complex schedule mapping, prioritize meetings, and arrange comprehensive domestic and overseas travel itineraries. * C-Level Gatekeeping: Filter incoming inquiries, manage email flow, and serve as the main operational interface for internal leadership and external key partners. * Special Projects & Operations: Track progress on key corporate initiatives, follow up on action points, and ensure executive deliverables meet deadlines. * Confidential Data Handling:



Maintain strict privacy standards across all sensitive company communications, legal matters, and business files. * Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Legal business partners to cascade executive decisions and maintain workflow consistency. * Expenses & Reporting: Process travel claims, manage operational receipts, and prepare executive briefing documents. Functie-eisen Key Requirements * Language Skills: Business fluency in Chinese, English, and Italian is strictly required. * Background: Prior background supporting C-Suite executives, Board members, or General Managers in high-volume environments. * Education: University degree or equivalent corporate experience. * Tech Stack: Advanced mastery of MS Office 365, Google Workspace, and modern remote management tools. * Soft Skills: Outstanding professional diplomacy, high adaptability under pressure, strong initiative, and a proactive solution-oriented approach.
