Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Rome. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and international environment. Key responsibilities include: Contacting customers to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement. Scheduling service appointments according to established processes and guidelines. Informing customers about ongoing promotions, campaigns, and initiatives. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Delivering an excellent customer experience. Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Economics,



Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field preferred. Professional proficiency in Italian. Good command of English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
