We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Correggio, Italy. This role provides day-to-day support to our Sales Managers and customers, helping coordinate quotations, orders, samples, customer requests, and international sales activities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working across different teams and countries, and able to communicate confidently in multiple languages. What You’ll Do * Provide administrative and commercial support to Sales Managers, including quotations, samples, orders, and customer requests. * Act as a point of contact between Sales, Customer Service,
Estimating, Operations, and other internal teams. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, availability, and delivery status. * Support international sales programs by coordinating communication, inventory planning, and implementation across Seaman Paper production locations. * Maintain regular communication with selected existing customers in support of the Sales Manager. * Manage inbound leads from retail and European markets received through the company website and other sources. * Qualify and route new leads to the appropriate Sales Manager, distributor, or internal team. * Research prospective customers using online resources and business intelligence tools. * Prepare and follow up on customer quotations. * Process customer orders and coordinate delivery information with the appropriate internal teams. * Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and activity inf
