Overview

In this role you will safeguard Alstom’s mobility systems by shaping cybersecurity for Wayside solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define security objectives, manage risks, and oversee cybersecurity deliverables across project lifecycles. You will engage with customers to agree on security measures and address vulnerabilities, contributing to safer, more resilient transit tech. This role combines design influence, regulatory awareness, and hands-on security planning in a global, innovative environment.

Responsabilità

- Understand Alstom Wayside solutions and architectures
- Analyze security needs and risks to define objectives and strategy
- Plan security activities in the development lifecycle and assess cost/duration impacts
- Identify training needs related to cybersecurity
- Own cost/quality/delay of cybersecurity deliverables per project context




- Support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity topics
- Obtain customer agreement on security measures to implement
- Manage vulnerabilities and actions plans for cybersecurity issues

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in system specification
- Professional experience in a system administration role across multiple platforms
- Knowledge of anti-virus, intrusion detection, firewalls, and content filtering
- Knowledge of risk assessment technologies and methods
- Knowledge of secure network, system and application design
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensics tools and methods
