Overview

As Strategy Manager, you will help shape Alfasigma's long-term growth roadmap by identifying high-impact strategic areas, designing project concepts, and driving cross-functional initiatives. You will synthesize data and lead analytical activities to enable informed decisions alongside the leadership team. Your role includes coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties, and supporting post-merger integration to accelerate transformation. This is a pivotal, hands-on position in a globally expanding pharma group focused on GI health, offering meaningful impact and growth opportunities.

Responsabilità

- Identify strategic fields with high financial or strategic impact and design project concepts
- Ensure progress of strategic projects and drive tangible business results with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage analytical activities to support goal setting and planning
- Initiate key projects to implement the business strategy




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure strategy alignment
- Coordinate and support Post-Merger Integration activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience as a consultant in a top 10 firm with pharmaceutical projects or direct industry experience
- Prior involvement in Post-Merger Integration
- Experience delivering complex strategic projects in large organizations, preferably pharma
- Strong analytical skills from problem structuring to recommendations
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across functions and countries
- Hands-on mindset with business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels
- Proficiency in English and Italian
