Overview

As a Senior Specialist in MDC Tendering you own the technical solution definition for subsea tenders, FEEDs and execution support, aligning with customer specs and company processes. You lead system-level offerings, drive cost-effective, standard solutions, and ensure ITT compliance across bids. You will collaborate with Tender and Engineering teams, engage customers early, and contribute to design validation and documentation. This role offers impact across tendering, FEED, and project execution within a global energy technology leader.

Responsabilità

- Lead technical execution of subsea tenders/feeds/quotes from system level to order
- Ensure compliance with tender/FEED processes, CTRs, BOM reviews, MEL/MTO
- Adhere to company and industry specs for subsea equipment
- Engage early in customer relation cycle and review technical specs
- Review clarifications in Tender/FEED submittals; support post-submittal activities
- Validate design through Pursuit Phase and design reviews




- Produce technical write-ups, Equipment Overviews & Product Data Sheets
- Revise and approve pricing BOMs/MEL/MTO/CTR
- Collaborate with Designers on drawings (P&ID;, general assemblies)
- Drive cost reduction and push for standard, configurable solutions
- Obtain technical support and approvals on design/product selections
- Communicate with vendors for third-party equipment supply

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree level education in a relevant subject
- Experience in FEED/Tendering Engineering and Costing
- Experience in design, selection and system integration of subsea structures, connections and hydraulic distribution, umbilical and jumper systems
- Subsea industry experience

- Effective technical problem-solving
- Strong oral and written communications
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and teams (influencing)
- Subsea Structures, Connections and Hydraulic Distribution, Umbilical and Jumper systems
- System integration and design review
- P&ID; and general assembly drawings understanding
