Overview In this role you join McKinsey’s Operations Practice through the two-year Operations Excellence Program to solve client problems and drive operational performance. You work on diverse client engagements across industries, applying structured problem solving and on-the-job coaching to build capabilities. The program combines hands-on consulting with a formal curriculum and functional training, accelerating your development as a leader. You contribute fresh ideas within a high-performance culture and gain exposure to global teams and senior mentors.

Responsabilità

Solve client issues by formulating hypotheses, designing analyses,



and synthesizing recommendations Contribute to multi-engagement projects across industries as part of the OEP Receive on-the-job coaching and participate in structured capability-building programs Engage in functional training and knowledge development focused on operations excellence themes Collaborate with colleagues and clients across Europe, delivering tangible improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's degree Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities Mobility and willingness to work on European assignments Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and the local office language leadership effective communication adaptability strategic purchasing and/or supply management global sourcing strategies RfQ processes and negotiations
