Responsabilità
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers for F&B;, housekeeping, engineering, spa, and operating supplies Ensure timely availability of goods and services for daily operations Monitor market trends, pricing,
and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities Build and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and service providers Conduct regular supplier evaluations for quality, reliability, and compliance Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and service conditions Achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality or guest experience Oversee stock control and inventory reconciliation; ensure accurate records
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Business Administration At least 3 years in purchasing/procurement with at least 1 year in a managerial role in hospitality Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience with procurement and inventory systems Excellent analytical and financial acumen Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and purchasing software Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage leadership cross-functional collaboration strong communication procurement systems inventory management cost analysis and budgeting
