Overview In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operational accounting for the group, ensuring accurate ledgers and compliant closes across multiple entities. You will collaborate with tax, auditors, and group reporting to support IFRS transition and scalable financial processes. You’ll drive internal controls and process improvements within SAP S/4HANA, while leading a skilled accounting team. Responsabilità

Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under Italian and Luxembourg GAAP Coordinate statutory financial statements and tax compliance (VAT, CIT, withholding taxes)



with external auditors Support group reporting and IAS/IFRS transition, implementing standardized workflows Enforce internal controls and drive process automation in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) Lead and develop the operational accounting team, setting goals and managing workload

Requisiti fondamentali

Operational accounting expertise with full closing cycles Knowledge of Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP and IAS/IFRS Experience managing statutory audits and group reporting data Proven team leadership and people development Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and translate governance into routines Leadership Process rigor Cross-functional collaboration Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP IAS/IFRS VAT and CIT compliance
