Wieland Onda Srl is looking for a Quality Technician to join our growing team and play a key role in the quality department.About the RoleThe Quality Technician is responsible for supporting daily quality operations with a strong focus on the effective management of non-conformities across customers, suppliers, and internal processes. The role ensures timely problem resolution, actively manages quality performance, and contributes to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in an international environment through close cross‑functional collaboration.What You’ll DoManage and track non‑conformities related to customers, suppliers, and internal processes.Coordinate containment actions to minimize impact on production and customersDrive and support root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)Define, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Ensure timely closure and sustainable resolution of quality issues across the value chainMonitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs (e.G., PPM, scrap, rework, complaints)Support definition and tracking of improvement targetsIdentify trends and trigger improvement actionsEnsure data accuracy and transparency in reportingSupport planning and conduct internal process and product auditsParticipate in customer and supplier auditsTrack and follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of actionsEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal proceduresWork closely with Engineering, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and drive improvementsAct as a key interface between departments for all quality‑related topicsCollaborate with other international production sites to share best practices and ensure aligned quality standardsSupport escalation and communication processes internally and externallySupport implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, PED, ASME)Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and work instructionsMaintain proper documentation and traceabilityContribute to continuous improvement initiativesPromote quality awareness and accountability on the shop floorWhat We’re Looking ForTechnical education (e.G., technician, engineering degree or equivalent)2–5 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing (preferable pressure vessel) environmentExperience in managing non‑conformities across customer, supplier, and internal topicsKnowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA is a plus)Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and basic audit principlesGood English skills (spoken and written)Structured and analytical thinkingHands‑on and solution‑oriented mindsetStrong attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and international environmentWhy Join Us?Dynamic and international work environment with global collaboration.Strong cross‑functional and multi‑site exposureOpportunity to grow your expertise in quality managementInvolvement in operational excellence initiativesCompetitive compensation package#J-18808-Ljbffr
