Responsabilità
- Design and build proprietary predictive models for pricing and risk (claims forecasting, renewal probability, price demand, portfolio value)
- Develop and implement new technologies to solve pricing and analytics problems
- Collaborate with the Pricing team to achieve goals and deliver value
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for pricing strategy
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and model performance across the pricing platform
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in STEM ( Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics)
- Experience as a Data Scientist
- Strong Python programming experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and industry best practices
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial but not essential
