Trader / Portfolio Manager — Hyperliquid / DEX Perps

We’re building a small private investment vehicle deploying proprietary capital in crypto perpetuals, with a strong focus on Hyperliquid and DEX-native trading.

We are looking for one emerging trader/PM with real-money evidence of edge in systematic or discretionary long/short strategies.

What matters

- 6–12+ months live trading experience
- Real capital, not paper trading
- Strong understanding of perps, funding, leverage, liquidation mechanics and execution
- Experience trading Hyperliquid or similar venues
- Ability to research, backtest and deploy strategies independently
- Clear risk management and controlled drawdowns
- Ability to explain where the edge comes from

Relevant strategies may include:

- directional long/short
- cross-sectional momentum




- mean reversion
- funding-rate strategies
- basis / relative value
- order‑flow / microstructure signals
- liquidity provision / market making
- event-driven crypto strategies

Live P&L;, robustness, sample size, execution quality and risk management.

We do not care much about pedigree, degrees or previous employers.

Structure

Private capital only.

No client management.

Compensation can include base + meaningful profit share, with capital increased as the strategy proves itself.
