Your Mission As a Sales Engineer, you will grow our business across Emilia Romagna and Tuscany by combining technical expertise with strong customer relationships. You will help industrial customers turn complex requirements into effective rotary union and customized technical solutions while developing existing accounts and opening new business opportunities. Working closely with technical, production, and customer service teams, you will contribute directly to sustainable sales and margin growth. Build customer partnerships: You manage and develop existing accounts while proactively acquiring new customers and business opportunities. You analyze customer requirements, read technical drawings, and recommend rotary unions and customized solutions that create real value. You prepare quotations, lead commercial negotiations, and take ownership of achieving revenue and margin objectives.
