The role requires strong expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The Planner will contribute to schedule reliability, progress visibility, and the early identification of potential delays. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, update, and maintain detailed schedules using bPrimavera P6 /b. /li liMonitor actual progress against the approved baseline schedule. /li liIdentify schedule deviations, delays, and critical path impacts. /li liPerform schedule analysis and propose corrective or mitigation actions. /li liCollect and consolidate progress information from technical and site teams. /li liPrepare planning reports, progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and forecasts. /li liSupport coordination meetings and provide clear visibility on planning priorities and constraints. /li liEnsure consistency between site progress and planning data. /li liSupport technical teams in planning-related decisions.



/li liContribute to recovery planning when required. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong command of bPrimavera P6 /b. /li liSolid knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles. /li liAbility to develop and analyse detailed construction schedules. /li liGood understanding of critical path methodology and schedule dependencies. /li liKnowledge of construction and civil engineering activities. /li liAbility to monitor progress, analyse variances, and prepare forecasts. /liliStrong reporting and data analysis capabilities. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liEngineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. /li liPrevious experience in planning or scheduling within the construction sector. /li liProven operational experience with bPrimavera P6 /b. /li liExperience working on site and coordinating with multidisciplinary technical teams. /li liAbility to take partial responsibility for technical planning decisions and supervision. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English. /li liAvailable for an immediate start in Italy. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liStructured and methodical approach. /li liExcellent organisation and prioritisation abilities. /li liClear communication and coordination skills. /li liProactive approach to schedule risks. /li liAutonomy and reliability. /li liStrong attention to detail. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
