Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d) - Grenoble Area Job Description We Are Brooks. Brooks supplies best-in-class automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing and related markets. Brooks are looking for a Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will act as the frontline element of the customer relationship for Brooks customers, being the key to ensure product line performance at relevant customer sites.
If you have a technical education along with practical work experience in the field of automated technology, a practical and self-driven approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ambition to progress within a global company, this could be the role for you Performs on-site servicing, corrective maintenance, installation and qualification of company product(s), primarily in cleanroom environments. Conducts test procedures to ensure proper product performance, and diagnoses problems at installation.
Implements upgrades and hardware/software change orders. Trouble-shoot complex technical hard-ware and software issues at customer sites and liaise with the Brooks factory to resolution. Provides technical support / remote technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
