In this role, you will go beyond traditional media buying to connect paid advertising performance with broader business outcomes and financial metrics. You will take ownership of acquisition strategies, campaign optimization, experimentation, and budget allocation across major advertising platforms.
Working closely with experienced growth strategists, creative specialists, and senior stakeholders, you will turn complex data into actionable commercial insights. You will contribute to forecasting, attribution, and full-funnel optimization while helping brands improve customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and profitability. Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive profitable growth for DTC and eCommerce brands.

Develop and execute structured testing strategies across advertising channels, creative assets, audience segments, offers, and conversion funnels.
Manage substantial paid media budgets, making data-driven investment and allocation decisions aligned with commercial objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and profitability.
Analyze key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), marketing efficiency ratio (MER), return on ad spend (ROAS), contribution margin, and payback periods.
Connect advertising performance to overall business results, including revenue growth, profitability, and profit-and-loss (P&L;) outcomes.
Build performance forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
