Requisiti fondamentali

Extensive experience in F&B; leadership roles within luxury hotels or international-respected resortsProven success in managing high-quality F&B; outlets, including staff supervision, financial management, and revenue generationStrong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including experience with NPS and LQAExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and manage a top-performing teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; remains calm under pressure and implements effective solutionsleadershipinterpersonal skillsproblem-solvingbudgeting and forecastingrevenue generationNPS experience
