OverviewIn this role you bridge business strategy and technology to drive Costa’s MarTech-enabled transformation around Omnichannel Personalization, Pricing and Bundling. You’ll work within Marketing Operations to translate ambitions into scalable platform capabilities and integrated solutions. You’ll engage across business, technology, and external partners to deliver complex enterprise programs that fuel growth and enhance customer experience. A GenAI-enabled mindset will shape platform design, data, and automation to enable future-ready capabilities.

Bridge business needs and technology solutions to enable transformation initiativesLead governance,

stakeholder and vendor coordination across a portfolio of programsDefine requirements and capabilities for core MarTech platforms and integrationsManage end-to-end program lifecycle from envisioning to deployment and adoptionAct as MarTech and Digital lead for Pricing & Bundling transformationCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution

Requisiti fondamentali

6-8 years of experience in MarTech, Digital Transformation, Platform Delivery, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Program Management, or similar rolesProven track record delivering end-to-end programs across full delivery lifecycleStrong understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalization, Omnichannel technologies)Ability to translate strategic objectives into functional and technical solutionsExposure to AI, Generative AI, and data-driven capabilities in enterprise contextsStrong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management with senior-leader influencestakeholder managementvendor managementcross-functional collaborationCustomer Data Platforms (CDP)Marketing AutomationPersonalization technologies
