Overview

Lead Ramboll’s Site Solutions in Spain and the Iberian market, driving growth and delivering innovative site investigation and remediation solutions. You will build and maintain strategic client relationships, oversee technically complex projects, and scale the team to meet business targets. You will shape remediation strategies, advance sustainable land management, and contribute to Ramboll’s mission of sustainable change. This role combines client leadership, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to create lasting environmental impact. You will be at the forefront of brownfield redevelopment and regulatory innovation in a dynamic, global consultancy.

Responsabilità

- Provide overall leadership for Site Solutions, grow a sustainable sales pipeline, ensure high-quality delivery, and expand team capability
- Lead and deliver complex contaminated land, remediation, soil and groundwater assessments, environmental due diligence, and site redevelopment projects across multiple sectors
- Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based corrective actions, sustainable remediation, and regulatory developments
- Oversee project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, technical excellence, QA, commercial performance, and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with Environment & Health, Water, Energy, Planning,



and Sustainability to deliver integrated site development and environmental solutions
- Drive innovation in remediation strategies, nature-based solutions, brownfield regeneration, and sustainable land management
- Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement, conferences, publications, and thought leadership

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong demonstrable experience in contaminated land management, remediation, investigations, environmental compliance, and site redevelopment
- Proven track record delivering projects for industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, mining, real estate, or public-sector clients
- Experience developing remediation strategies, managing complex environmental liabilities, and supporting brownfield redevelopment
- Solid understanding of Spanish and European environmental regulations related to contaminated land, groundwater, waste, and permitting
- Proven business development success, including securing major client relationships and profitable growth
- Demonstrated technical leadership and industry recognition in contaminated land and remediation consulting
- Strong proposal development, project management, and technical reporting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Local language proficiency and English at C1/C2 level; Portuguese advantageous
