And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain. /p pTo help fuel that growth, we need a Senior Data Product Manager to help us define the future of how data is collected, transformed and exposed across our Italian business. /p pPartnering closely with the Data Engineering Manager and Data Platform teams, you will curate and drive our data product strategy for Italy, ensuring that data across the Italian operations is accessible and actionable for business leaders, data analysts, fellow Product Managers, and our Data Science teams, all while respecting our company Data standards. /p h3Excited to make an impact? Here are the details /h3 h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liDefine the Country Data Strategy: Lead the data product vision and roadmap for the Italian business /li liBridge Stakeholders Tech: Act as the primary interface between data consumers (Data Scientists, Business Analysts, ...), and Engineering to ensure data products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with company goals /li liOwn the Data Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end process of data product development, from initial discovery and modelling to monitoring performance and impact /li liDrive Data Product discoverability and self-serving:



support self-serving of data products, by continuously improving the tools (e.g., data catalog, data dictionary), and the data product consumer orientation /li liManage data quality + change: define quality checks, monitoring, and alerting, communicate breaking changes proactively /li liFoster a Data Culture: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights, ensuring that every product decision is backed by solid data evidence /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul libProven Experience: /b You have a strong background in Product/Data Management, specifically within data-intensive environments or technical product domains /li libAnalytical Mindset: /b You are "data-native." You think in terms of metrics, data quality, and model performance, and you know how to measure the success of a data product /li libStrategic Coordination: /b You excel at managing complex dependencies and demanding stakeholders. You can align with an infrastructure peer on technical constraints while keeping business stakeholders focused on the value proposition /li libTechnical Fluency: /b Previous experience in a technical hands‑on role such as Data Analysis, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Software Developer. You are comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines,



and machine learning workflows with engineers and data scientists without getting lost in translation /li libCommunication Leadership: /b You can tell a story with data, persuading others and driving consensus across different departments and seniority levels /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul libBusiness Fluency: /b Experience with the insurance market /li libAI/ML Exposure: /b Direct experience shipping products that involve ML, AI, or predictive modeling /li /ul p€53,000 - €65,000 a year /p h3Why you’ll love it here /h3 pWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
