About the Role As a Sales Strategy proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, or AI-enabled analytics tools is considered a plus.
Interest in sales strategy, commercial excellence, sales operations, business planning, and process optimization.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities,



and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
A proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering results.
A team player who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
