? WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MONITORING INTERN

Ever wondered what actually happens behind the scenes of an international youth-led non-profit? How strategic partnerships start, how EU projects are born, and how a local climate organisation coordinates its daily rhythm?

If you’re a university student (or a recent graduate looking for real, high-impact non-profit experience), 350 Sicilia is looking for a Monitoring Intern to co-coordinate our daily operations, partnership radar, and funding call research

As our Monitoring Intern, you'll be the pulse of our organization, observing incoming opportunities, shaping communication with partners, and working directly alongside the Board of Directors to bring projects to life.

? What You’ll Be Doing
• Keep Our Communication Pulse Active: Monitor (email hidden), catch exciting collaboration requests, flag key action items, and keep our weekly monitoring dashboard organized.
• Funding & Grant Opportunities Radar: Scout and track upcoming European funding calls, grant schemes, and project opportunities (Erasmus+, European Youth Foundation,



climate funds, etc.) to keep 350 Sicilia ahead of the game.
• Build European Connections: Reach out to like-minded NGOs across Europe, build bridge-lines for future Erasmus+ consortiums, and represent our friendly, open tone in communications.
• Coordinate & Execute: Help the Board filter incoming proposals, plan action steps, and step in to help execute administrative or operational tasks when a cool project takes off.

✨ Who You Are
• A student, intern, or enthusiast who would love to build a career in NGOs, EU projects, international relations, or grant management
• Organized, detail-aware, and comfortable keeping track of action items without getting overwhelmed
• Fluent or confident in written English (Italian is a lovely plus, but not strictly required)
• Proactive, curious, and excited about climate action, youth leadership, and European project dynamics
