Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Offer Data Domain Steward Intern da inserire in stage nel team Italia presso la sede di Stezzano o Torino. Nel ruolo di Offer Data Domain Steward Intern, in sinergia con il team dedicato contribuirai alla qualità, alla governance e alla valorizzazione dei dati di prodotto, elementi fondamentali a supporto del business e della customer experience, partecipando inoltre a iniziative di trasformazione digitale.

Collaborerai alla gestione e al monitoraggio delle informazioni di prodotto, lavorando con team internazionali, Product Manager, Data Steward e Business Leader per assicurare dati accurati, completi, coerenti e allineati tra i sistemi. Il percorso ti permetterà di acquisire competenze pratiche nella gestione del dato e nell'utilizzo di sistemi ERP, Product information management (PIM) e strumenti di Data Governance.

Principali attività

• Gestire e aggiornare i dati di prodotto nei sistemi ERP e PIM

• Supportare l'adozione del PIM e le iniziative di Data Quality

• Individuare e analizzare anomalie e incoerenze nei dati, contribuendo alla loro risoluzione.

• Documentare processi, procedure e regole di gestione del dato.

• Preparare analisi, KPI e report sulla qualità dei dati.

• Collaborare con Offer Manager, Data Steward, Data Domain Leader e stakeholder di business per raccogliere esigenze, migliorare i processi e dare supporto trasversale

• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi attraverso iniziative di semplificazione, standardizzazione e automazione, adottando metodologie LEAN.

Competenze tecniche

• Buona padronanza di Excel e Microsoft 365.

• Conoscenza di base di SAP o forte motivazione ad apprenderne l'utilizzo.

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

• Interesse per le nuove tecnologie digitali e per l'utilizzo di strumenti di IA a supporto dell'analisi e del problem solving.

• La conoscenza di software di analisi e visualizzazione dei dati, come Power BI, Tableau o strumenti simili, costituisce un plus.

• Precisa e determinata, con una forte motivazione ad apprendere e approfondire processi, sistemi e dati e trasformazione digitale.

• Con capacità analitica e problem solving, con un approccio orientato alle soluzioni.

• Dalla mentalità orientata ai processi, con interesse a comprendere le relazioni tra dati, sistemi,



funzioni aziendali e impatti sul business lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto.

• Proattiva e che abbia spirito di iniziativa, per proporre e sperimentare nuovi strumenti e soluzioni per migliorare processi e qualità del dato.

• Volta alla collaborazione e alla comunicazione, anche con interlocutori di funzioni e contesti internazionali diversi.
