Your role
We are looking for an
Enviroment, Health & Safety Training & Comms Intern
who will support the design, development and delivery of training initiatives aimed at enhancing our global EHS awareness and performance. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to several cross-functional projects, from conducting training needs analyses to developing multimedia learning materials, while also supporting internal communication campaigns that promote EHS culture throughout the company.
Main responsibilities:
Design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
Create effective and engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, guides, videos).
Coordinate the training calendar, logistics, and participa
