Okatim is looking for a Linux & Kubernetes Specialist expert for one of our clients in the defense and aerospace sector
The position is responsible for managing and maintaining Linux servers and Kubernetes environments.
The role includes understanding infrastructure needs, setting up and maintaining Linux systems, and supporting the deployment and day-to-day operation of applications running in containers.
The position includes the installation and configuration of Linux servers, basic network and filesystem administration, operating system maintenance and routine updates across environments such as RHEL, Rocky Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu Server.
It also covers the deployment, administration, and health monitoring of Kubernetes workloads, including Pods, Deployments,



Services, and ConfigMaps.
The position also involves monitoring system and container performance using Prometheus and Grafana, analyzing logs, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the infrastructure and workloads operate reliably.
Basic knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Ansible, or Python is needed.
Professional-level English is required to handle technical documentation and coordinate effectively with international teams.
This is a full on site position based in Turin.
