HR Operations Team Lead
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines, with a focus on Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, who brings not only solid process knowledge but also a genuine curiosity for new ways of working,
including the use of AI and digital tools to simplify and improve HR processes.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
* Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s).
* Identifying and recommending process improvements and simplifications, leveraging customer feedback, operational experience and AI-based tools.
* Using AI tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency.
* Interacting with external vendor, supporting on employee queries and HR community.
* Performing annual & monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines.
