Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position: As Offshore Installation Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Asset Based Services Business Line.

How can you support us?




- Manage project installation engineering team ( disciplines as Installation Methods, Analyses, Survey, Pre-commissioning). Provide technical/managerial guidance and control to ensure aims/objectives are efficiently achieved as per project management/ engineering functional indication, in compliance with project specification for Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality procedures, client satisfaction;
- Ensure that all design requirements are met, all changes noted, and relevant interdisciplinary checks are carried out;
- Ensure permanent interfaces with all other engineering disciplines, operations, asset team and client are in place, to proactively resolve technical and operational problem in a timely and constructive manner
- Support the operation department in the preparation of subcontract documents for all subcontracted activities and contribute to the overall project planning and scheduling assuring the most suitable and effi
