In this 12-month opportunity, you will drive the transition of externally managed learning services into an internal learning environment, ensuring high-quality and impactful development experiences for employees. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- You will design, develop, and deploy learning content and solutions, including e-learning and other digital learning experiences.
- You will apply modern instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective educational materials.
