Overview
In this role you provide technical and business process/data guidance to support ongoing operations and new software development within the Workday ecosystem. You will oversee development, validate functionality, and ensure alignment with global HR initiatives. You’ll define solution feasibility, implement changes, and resolve application issues across cross-functional IT services. This position blends engineering mindset with HR technology to improve how compensation and performance are managed at a global scale. You will work in a hybrid or remote setup contributing to ABB’s Global HR Experience mission.

Responsabilità
- Define feasibility and integration of solutions with existing systems
- Diagnose and resolve application issues through tests and analyses
- Design, build, and implement IT applications to meet business needs
- Assist in installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal cross-functional IS processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in the Workday ecosystem
- Hands-on configuration in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Experience running annual salary, bonus, and stock processes in BAU
- Experience in complex global environments
- Innovative and open to new technologies and continuous improvements
- Current Workday certification, or past certification in HCM/Compensation/Advanced Compensation with hands-on calculated fields
- English communication proficiency
