Overview
As a Junior Planning Coordinator, you will support the Large Power Strategic Planning Manager and leadership team with day-to-day operations. You’ll organize meetings, manage travel and expenses, and handle administrative tasks to keep the team efficient. This entry-level role suits a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. You will work closely with leaders to enable smooth planning and execution, contributing to the organization’s strategic priorities.

Retribuzione / Benefits
- salary range 27.000 to 34.000 gross per year

Responsabilità
- Meetings coordination: logistics, calendars, room bookings, agenda collection; ensure materials and action items are tracked
- Travel & expense support: plan travel, assist with expense reports, maintain documentation




- Administrative & operational support: general admin tasks, site visit coordination, document/presentation support

Requisiti fondamentali
- 1-3 years in business support, office coordination, event management, or similar roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Highly organized and structured
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and proactive
- Positive, kind and service-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
