In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support the planning, coordination, and logistical preparation of field service activities at customer sites. Assist in the preparation, management, and maintenance of safety-related documentation, including Operational Safety Plans and other required records. Support service completion reporting, administrative follow-up activities, and invoicing processes. Maintain and update reports, databases,



and operational records using Microsoft Excel and other business tools. Collaborate with Field Service, Operations, and other internal teams to help ensure effective scheduling and execution of service activities. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
