We are looking for an experienced and attentive Chef de Rang to become a key part of the team managing Saporium Firenze. You will be responsible for your section, overseeing it with professionalism, sensitivity, and timing, ensuring smooth, polished service. You will guide guests through a refined and authentic dining experience,
in harmony with the identity of our estate and the philosophy of the restaurant .
Responsibilities and Dutie s:
Proactively welcome guests with warmth and discretion, creating a sense of ease and belonging from the first interaction.
Take full ownership of an assigned section, ensuring seamless, attentive and unhurried service throughout each meal period.
Provide explanations of the menu and wines with confidence and sensitivity, offering guidance that enhances the guest’s experience without intrusion.
Work in close harmony with the kitchen, sommelier and service team to ensure fluid communication and precise execution.
Ensure all service equipment, including table settings and dining spaces, is kept impeccably clean and well maintained.
Anticipate guests' needs and respond thoughtfully to requests, ensuring each experience feels personal and considered, in line with the LQA standards.
